Ann Brett Life Coaching, Yoga & Massage

About Ann

A winning combination of Irish fire, poetry, philosophy and perfect alignment, makes Ann Brett the ultimate muse and yoga partner. She leads us with energy and presence to physical and spiritual refreshment, teaching us to approach the wonder of life with a beginner’s mind both on and off the mat.   Ann holds a safe and nurturing space for all her students, where each person feels they are getting individual instruction.

"The Biggest Crime is Dis-Engagement.”  is Ann's favorite quote from Dr. Douglas Brooks - and her  attention to the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of her own being both on and off the mat continues to open her up to a much bigger and more expansive version of herself.

Come to Ann’s yoga class and start to unfold a new journey with the most interesting person you have ever met...YOU!
